The Xyng Restaurant System is installed with redundant services to ensure that your restaurant is operable, even in the event of a catastrophic hardware failure. Even the best on-site support response cannot arrive on site in a moment’s notice during your peak busy hours. The restaurant will be forced to operate without the damaged equipment for at least a few hours in most cases and sometimes longer. Recognizing that the system is critical to our client’s success we have designed our hardware and software solution to continue operating in the event of a hardware failure.
