Xyng systems are configured with redundancy and backup capacity across the network. We include failsafe features for credit card loss, printer redundancy, data damage, and workstation failures. Each system is configured to allow for remote troubleshooting and reconfiguration for emergency use. This commitment allows our clients to forgo costly on-site support agreements in lieu of more cost effective depot maintenance at no charge.
Because Xyng is the single support solution for our clients we cannot rely on the local reseller buying the least expensive hardware available in an effort to maintain some margin on the deal. We know that you will be calling us every time you have a problem with your system, whether it is hardware, software, training or any other reason. That is why we only install trouble-free hardware that will last. Our hardware comes standard with UPS, Anti-virus, Internet Security, Firewall and everything you need to operate securely and effectively.
Xyng sells our client component based solutions in an effort to reduce the overall cost of ownership over time. Because our business model is not based on providing on site support at high cost and prices we have developed a component based solution that allows a PC to be replaced without replacing an entire unit. Consequently as the system ages only the PC (one of the least expensive elements of the solution) needs to be replaced to upgrade operating systems and take advantage of new more powerful technologies. The screen and printers can also be replaced on an as needed basis.
